Terms of Service

By using VIPChinaGuide, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Cancellation

• All bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance
• Full refund for cancellations 7+ days before the tour date
• 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before the tour date
• No refund for cancellations within 3 days (rescheduling allowed within 30 days)

Guide Services

• All guides are licensed by the Chinese National Tourism Administration
• Guide fees do not include entrance tickets, meals, or transportation
• If a guide is unavailable, we will provide a replacement of equal or higher level

Liability

VIPChinaGuide acts as a booking platform connecting travelers with licensed guides. We are not liable for incidents during the tour, but we will assist in resolving any disputes. We strongly recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance.
