How far in advance should I book?

We require at least 3 days advance booking. For peak seasons (Chinese New Year, Golden Week, summer holidays), book 7-14 days in advance. For last-minute requests, contact us on WhatsApp at +86 155 2777 1775.

What's the difference between Escort and Expert Guide?

Escort Guides have basic English skills and may use translation apps. They're fun, personable, and great for shopping, dining, and basic city orientation. Prices start from ¥780 per half day (4 hours).

Expert Guides speak fluent English and have deep expertise in history, architecture, art, or culture. Ideal for museums, historical sites, and travelers who want depth. Prices start from ¥1,170 per half day (4 hours).

Are your guides really licensed?

Yes, absolutely. Every guide holds a valid Chinese National Tour Guide License issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. We verify all licenses before they can join our platform. Our company is a licensed travel agency with Travel Agency Business License No. L-HUB-101603.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Credit/Debit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before your tour. 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before. No refund for cancellations within 3 days, but you can reschedule within 30 days. Contact us at +86 155 2777 1775 for any changes.

What is NOT included in the guide fee?

Your guide fee covers the guide's time and expertise only. It does NOT include: attraction entrance tickets, meals for you or the guide, transportation costs, or your personal travel insurance.

Can I book a guide for multiple cities?

Yes! You can book different guides for each city, or book a guide for a multi-day trip that covers multiple cities. Contact us for custom multi-city itineraries.

How do I track my booking status?

Use our Order Lookup page — no login needed, just enter your email and order number.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can book without registering. We use your email + order number for tracking. If you want to see all your bookings in one place, you can save your email in our system.
